We concern your satisfaction for our products and service. When your package arrives, we strongly recommend that you promptly inspect the product(s) that you purchased for the order. It is advisable to try on the dress or clothing without removing the tags, making alterations, or washing it as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Typically, returns are processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving your package. Once your refund has been approved by us, you will receive a confirmation email.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

1.1 Refusal of Delivery

Refusal of the delivery of the order when the courier drop off the parcel, noted that the item is in good condition and not damaged. Refusal without a valid reason results in non-refundable conditions.

1.2 Incorrect or Insufficient Address

When the shipping address that you provided for your order is incorrect or incomplete (e.g., missing apartment unit or door number), and the courier is unable to locate your address during the delivery attempt, the parcel may not be successfully delivered. In such cases, the parcel will be temporarily held at the local shipping warehouse about 1-2 weeks.

We will contact you to provide further instructions. Upon receiving our notice, please visit the local post office as soon as possible to claim your parcel or contact the post office to update and confirm your delivery address for re-delivery. Please note that if the package remains unclaimed for an extended period, it may be subject to destruction in accordance with the local post office’s policy.

1.3 Multiple Delivery Attempted And Recipient Not Available

Notice that if the courier has made multiple delivery attempts, but the recipient is not available at home during those time slots, the parcel will typically be held for an additional 10-15 working days. It is important to promptly contact the local post office or local courier to arrange for the receipt of the parcel within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed.

1.4 Request Order Cancellation While The Order Has Been Shipped

If you decide to cancel your order while the package is still in transit and within our promised shipping time, we may view it as a potentially fraudulent order. In such cases, we will immediately request a freeze on the original payment (Card Bank or PayPal, up to 90 days) and investigate the legitimacy of the payer’s identity.

Note: If you wish for your item to arrive sooner, please contact us before the package is shipped and consider opting for Express Shipping to see if the package can be delivered on time or not.

1.5 Package is Marked as Delivered

If you do not receive or cannot locate the package despite it being marked as delivered, please contact the local post office or the local shipping company directly through call, email or live chat. At this situation, you must provide them with the tracking number and inquire about the package’s whereabouts, such as whether it was left at the front door, mailbox, or another designated location. Additionally, you could ask your neighbors, friends, roommates, family members, your apartment mailroom, or school mail center to see if they received the package on your behalf.

Note that no refunds can be issued if the item is marked as delivered. As the final mile of the package’s delivery is handled by the local courier, so we cannot control the service quality of local post offices or local security measures. In some regions, the courier may leave the package or leave the notification card for picking the package at the front door or in the mailbox , and if it is accidentally taken by someone else, the package may be considered lost. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

If you choose to upgrade to Express Courier Shipping options such as SF Express, DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, offering recipient signature services, which could ensure that the package is signed for by the intended recipient. Opting for Express Shipping can significantly reduce the risk of lost packages. If you require this additional level of security, please select Express Courier Shipping and pay the applicable fee during the checkout process.

1.6 Size Matter (Not 100% Perfect Fitting or Tightly Fitting or Loose Fitting)

Please take note that the Qipao Dresses, Qun Kwa, Tang Suit, Chinese Wedding Dress ( exclude the customize products) in our store are manufactured by factories according to standard Chinese measurement. Therefore, these Chinese clothing cannot be 100% perfect fit for each person and you may need alteration service for purchasing qipao if you need perfect fit. Before making a purchase, we recommend reviewing the size chart and reading other buyers’ reviews.

We apologize, but receiving an item that is either too big or too small is not considered a valid reason for a refund. However, we understand the disappointment of ill-fitting clothes. Therefore, we are pleased to offer a special solution for new customer of our store:

First, you have to send me back the original products first and paying an additional processing fee, which includes shipping fees (typically around $30-$60 USD, based on the weight of the new package), we will send you a new item of the desired size free of charge.

*Noted that  once the package is delivered and you find that the size does not fit for you, you could contact us within 72 hours to get this offer (only for New Customer & One Item within $90).

1.7 Refuse To Pay VAT & Customs Duty/Tax

No refund is issued if the recipient refuse to pay the VAT, Custom Duty Or Tax for their package. Please be aware that not all packages are subject to tax charges so we recommend checking the official website of your local customs authority for the most up-to-date policy regarding taxes. If your package incurs a tax fee, it is important to promptly pay the bill. First, the logistics provider will promptly reach out to you with the necessary details. It is crucial to respond and complete the payment as soon as possible. The package will be destroyed by local logistic provider if you failure to pay the tax or if the payment remains unresolved for more than 30 days.

1.8  Non-Quality Issue

Please note that the non-quality conditions are not valid reasons for requesting a return or refund. However, if the issue goes beyond our guarantee, please take a detailed photo and contact us to receive store credit or a coupon as compensation.

The following issues are common with all clothing products and do not indicate quality problems:

1. There are extra threads on the clothing such as neck, sleeve, hemline, embroidery, etc., which can be easily removed by cutting them off.
2. Variations in color of the clothing may occur due to different display or monitor settings.
3.Manual measurement can result in slight differences in size, typically around 2-5cm.
4. Wrinkles may appear on clothes due to the extended duration of international shipping. Please iron the clothes before wearing them.
5.Certain items may have a distinct odor from the original fabric. We recommend washing and hanging the clothes in a well-ventilated area. 6.Some clothes may have a few small dot stains (less than 3mm) originating from the fabric itself, which can be cleaned using detergent. 7.Most of our shipments are shipped by courier bag with bubble wraps which does not mean it cannot protect the package.

Return Policy

We accept the request of product within 14 days from the delivery date and the requirements for the return are written below:

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom made products including customize dresses, customize men clothes cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Accessories and Item is marked as ”Final Sale” cannot be returned.
  • Items are already been used, damaged, or if labels/tags have been removed.

Detailed requirements for the return:

  1. In order to qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the same packaging as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused. Additionally, you will be required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  2. To initiate a return, kindly reach out to our customer service and submit a return request within 14 days of the delivery date.
  3. Customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item and this return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. The return package must be sent by a trackable shipping service to our designated return address as we are not responsible for the lost of the returned packages.
  5. Please ensure that the returned item is marked as Returned good to avoid any customs charges. Please note that we are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by customs.

If the return shipment(s) cannot meet all above requirements for the return, all incurred fees will be responsible by the buyer and we will not issue the refund.

Return Processing

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the return package within 3-5 business days. If your return is in accordance with our return policy, we will promptly issue a refund for the full amount of the item (please note that shipping fee and return shipping fee are non-refundable). The refund will be credited back to your original payment account and it takes 3-5 business days for refund processing.

Damage and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items and promptly contact us if you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item. To assist us in resolving the issue, please provide photo(s) of the damaged item(s), a description of the issue, and your order number. We will thoroughly evaluate the situation and take the necessary steps to rectify it for you.
