Which countries do QipaoHK ship to?

We ship the package to USA, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Asia ( China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam), Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Finland, France, Italy, Hungary, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Spain, Romania, The Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Ireland, Norway, Greece, Slovenia, Slovakia, Malta, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Iceland, Luxembourg, and Estonia), South America, The United Arab Emirates, Qatar,  Saudi Arabia.

How long will be order processing?

For most products, we take 3-6 business days for order processing time. For customize products, it takes extra one to two weeks for order processing as we need extra time to make it.

How long will be shipment?

Please view the following estimated shipping time for each destination. Noted that there is a possibility of delays in package delivery due to holidays, Covid, weather conditions, customs, and natural disasters, we are not responsible for these types of delay in the shipment.

For the remote shipping dress, the package takes 20-40 business days to be delivered. If your shipping address is a remote address which is confirmed by the shipping company , we will contact you through email to pay the extra remote shipping fee, otherwise, we will cancel your order and offer a 100% refund for you.

How can I track my order?

QipaoHK do not collect the taxes on international orders, which means that any taxes, duties, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the package and we suggest reaching out to your local customs office to obtain further details about your country’s customs regulations.
